One connected working flow

Context does not disappear when the call ends.

Sesoba treats a Room as a persistent place that team members can preview, join, and return to—not as a temporary meeting link.

01

Open your Community.

See your team's Rooms, members, and current activity in one coherent workspace.

02

Preview a Room.

See who is inside and whether a screen is being shared before you join.

03

Join the voice Room.

Step into the conversation when you are ready; switching Rooms changes the active context deliberately.

04

Share your screen.

Show your work inside the same Room and keep the conversation anchored to a shared view.

05

Continue in persistent Room chat.

Notes and messages stay with the Room even after the voice session ends.

06

Manage participants with explicit permissions.

Keep control visible through ownership, roles, delegated admin permissions, and Room moderation.

The core pieces of working together

Built around voice, designed to preserve context.

Sesoba currently focuses on communication and collaboration. Every capability is designed to fit the same Community and Room model.

Persistent Rooms

Team topics and working spaces remain available inside a Community instead of being recreated as meetings.

Drop-in voice

Choose a Room, join, and start talking naturally. Voice state stays visible in the participant view.

Screen sharing

Share your work with participants in the same Room while the sharing state remains visible to the Room.

Persistent Room chat

Messages in server-backed Community Rooms remain attached to their Room.

Roles and delegated permissions

Owner, Admin, Member, and Guest roles, with explicit permission scopes for administrators.

Participant moderation

Tools to moderator-mute, release a mute, and remove a participant from the current Room when necessary.

Turkish and English

The client interface is available in both languages while preserving the same product model.

Hosted and Private directions

Managed infrastructure and dedicated deployment directions are being prepared for pilot evaluation.

Deployment directions

Managed for you or dedicated to your organization.

Both directions remain in preparation and pilot evaluation. Automated provisioning and public purchasing are not available yet.

Controlled pilot

Sesoba Hosted

The managed product direction where infrastructure is operated for the customer.

Pilot plans are being prepared
Controlled pilot

Sesoba Private

A dedicated deployment and operating direction for an organization or company.

Private evaluation is being prepared

Control and trust

Visible permission boundaries, measured product claims.

Sesoba is built around server authority, Community scope, and explicit administration decisions. Wider security review and production validation are still in progress.

Security testing and production hardening continue. No end-to-end encryption or certification claim is currently made.

  • Clear Community ownership
  • Role-based administration
  • Delegated Admin permissions
  • Room and participant moderation
  • Audit-oriented event design
  • Persistent storage direction that supports backups

Pricing

The right pilot model comes before packages.

Pricing for Hosted and Private directions will be prepared after real usage, capacity, hosting, and support needs are validated.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about Sesoba.

What is Sesoba?

Sesoba is a voice-first collaboration platform for private teams and communities. It combines persistent Communities and Rooms with voice, screen sharing, Room chat, and controlled administration.

What are Communities and Rooms?

A Community is the main workspace that defines membership and administration boundaries. Rooms are persistent voice and chat spaces for specific topics or team work.

Is Sesoba publicly available?

Account signup is available, but Sesoba remains a controlled pilot. Signup does not provide an unrestricted public download, automatic Community membership, or a commercial service entitlement.

Is there a Windows application?

Yes. A working Windows desktop client exists, but unrestricted public distribution is not enabled yet.

Can an organization receive a private deployment?

Sesoba Private is being prepared for that direction. Suitability, infrastructure, and support are evaluated during a pilot discussion; automated provisioning does not exist yet.

Are mobile applications available?

No. The current client direction is Windows desktop, and no mobile application is claimed.

Does Sesoba include task or project management?

Current development focuses on communication and collaboration. Task, project, and broader workflow capabilities are being researched, but they are not offered as part of the current product.

How can someone join the pilot?

Create an account through the controlled registration flow, verify the email address, then continue in the Windows desktop application. Access remains subject to the current pilot terms.

Early workspaces

Be among the first teams to work in Sesoba.

Create an account, verify your email address, and continue with the Windows desktop application. Sesoba remains a controlled pilot rather than an unrestricted public release.
